Shipping

We currently ship across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on location. Delivery charges, if any, are calculated at checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details where available. You can also message us on WhatsApp for a status update.

Returns & Exchanges

Because candles and fragrance items are handmade and, in many cases, made to order, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days, or as store credit toward a future order, whichever you prefer.
